"Montrose Colorado. There was no one there to help you with your shoes or direct you in the direction that you were looking for. There was one employee on duty. There were several customers in the store and she did not acknowledge them or ask them if they needed help. I had to wait at the register for over 15 minutes for her to acknowledge I was even there. She was standing at some podium doing something she was not friendly nor even interested in helping me"
"The staff were very attentive! I had shopped online to make sure they had what I needed for work. The online price showed about $15 less then the store price. However when asked they were happy to match the price without dismay or attitudes! Which is a bonus when your on a budget , in a hurry and not a shopper... Lol"
