Less concerned with pushing a more expensive product, and instead, their efforts are placed on getting you what you need."

"Homedepot doesn't know how to provide customer service. The ppl that work there individually are very nice. However, ppl are not available to help you or even sell you large ticket items like appliances. This problem is further exacerbated by 3rd partyi installation ppl who arrange everything based on their scheduled. Homedepot basically says oh well its the 3rd party ppl. This isn't customer service, I will pay more to not deal with Homedepot. If you paid your ppl more instead of focusing only on corporate profits your staff would stick around. Who has the time or inclination to sit around waiting for these clowns.Use your head don't just say oh well its the 3rd part ppl.Got my money back second time on appliance."
