"I like the variety of items that they sell at this store. The clothes are nice and affordable. I especially love the toy selection because I always find really cool Naruto figures that cost around $15.00, and they are usually sold for about $30-$40. Occasionally I do see clothes scattered on the floor (I don’t know why other customers can’t put back their clothes back properly) but this is a good place to go shopping."

"Checking out at self checkout because no cashier was do be found. Lady takes our tags off and then proceeds to tell us to make sure we show our receipt to the security lady. Mind you we haven’t even scanned and item. Whole time we’re checking out we have 3 employees standing there staring while we struggle to scan items that aren’t scanning no one offers to help instead just stare. My husband asks why they were staring at us like that and the all 3 ladies including the manager Denise said it was the company policy to stair at us the way they were. Felt completely discriminated and uncomfortable. If this is how you are a business are training your employees and management team then I for one will not be shopping at a Ross anymore. Unacceptable"

"It was very packed during my visit but the employees were doing an excellent job of getting people through the checkout lines."

"If there were negative stars I would put them! Is was absolutely disgusting. What a mess. The pictures dont do it justice of how dirty this place was. The staff were literally stepping over the piles of atuff on the floor. I am NOT exaggerating when I say it looked like a hurricane went through the building. Very sad shopping experience. People were walking in and turning around to walk back out. Management should take care of this."

"As someone who worked at this location I know how hard the staff at this location works to make sure all the product makes it to the floor in a timely manner and also strive to give the best customer service possible, at all times. This has been the best and most fun job that I have had in the last 10 years, so I am very sad that I have to leave. But I know that this store will continue to improve and become the best Ross location in all of Colorado Springs. So if you are looking for a job/career in retail this is the spot, and if you are looking for great prices and an amazing shopping experience the door open at 9 am."
