"They are so disorganized at this location. If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. Had multiple issues with them with confirming insurance, they couldn’t figure out the VERY clear instructions from my doctor for the prescribed medication which delayed being able to receive the medication and then got a huge runaround to include multiple trips when attempting to pick up the medication. Then when I was finally able to pick up the medication, the instructions were all wrong so I had to call the doctor’s office directly to ask them how to take it. Since it was a Friday, I wasn’t able to speak with anyone and had to resort to Googling. Finally spoke with the doctor and they confirmed that I was taking it properly but come on. Nobody should have to deal with this with a pharmacy! No attention to detail, poor attitudes, incompetence, terrible customer service and most importantly, THEY CAN’T BE TRUSTED. I will go to ANY pharmacy besides this one going forward. Walgreens….GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!"

"If I could give this pharmacy a ZERO I would. Talk about unprofessional! Had a sign in the window stating pharmacist unavailable. So I couldn’t get my Rx. Called the next day just to make sure I could get my Rx and the pharmacy tech hung up on me when I asked about the pharmacist being available!?!?! What’s going on here? I don’t want these unprofessional people handling my Rxs. They are liable to get them wrong!"

"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. The pharmacy staff are deceitful and rude. They told me my prescription would be ready in an hour, and when I returned they told me they closed my account, and that I couldn’t recieve my prescription. If you depend on any of your medications to keep you healthy, for the love of god dont ever get your prescriptions filled here."

"This is the good Walgreens that always manages to get our prescriptions filled! The lines are LONG though! Like you will wait 30 minutes to speak to someone and over an hour for meds to be ready. Also you cannot call them during pharmacy hours, you’ll wait on hold indefinitely and no one will ever answer. My theory is they’re packed because the closest location is incompetent so they’re actually doing the work of 2 locations here."

"Not surprised to see the 1.5 rating for this pharmacy. The issues with this pharmacy are non-stop and never seem to get addressed. This includes no communication on order status, the automated call system not working properly, lost orders from the doctor, and extremely rude team members. Based on the treatment that I have personally received and also witnessed with others, I cannot imagine being in pain or dependent upon medication from this pharmacy for comfort or my health. They are as bad as it gets."
