Reviews
"I found a Gameboy game, a Playstation game, and a figure. The Gameboy game doesn't work very well. I have to clean the cart every time I want to play. I guess they don't test or clean the carts adequately. The other merchandise works, though. I thought the prices were fair for those three items. They do video rentals. That's neat. Some dude working there was bickering over how his coworkers sits too much and watches too many movies in the break room. It really soured the vibe. Overall, it's a good place for some cheap impulse purchases. If you know of any competition in the area, go there..."
"Rude staff, overpriced items that you can find cheaper elsewhere. Save your money and time and spend it somewhere else."
"Overheard the boss tell her worker that him being on disability is “just a label” and she works 40 hrs a week like him so he should be fine. that’s disgusting. his coworker attempted to defend him but she said “i’m the BOSS. whose side are you on”. i was going to buy some books but i will never buy anything from here as long as she works there. absolutely vile behavior."
"Overall great selection, but look over your receipt before leaving. I was double scanned/charged on a poster I only got one of."
"I wanted to give myself a good 12-24 hours to write a review of this location, hoping that as those hours went on I wouldn’t be as disappointed as I was with my trip to Entertainmart yesterday. Entertainmart is the one thing in Colorado that seriously brightens my husband and my day and having a location closer than Colorado Springs was very exciting. We’ve been here a few times previously but I guess timing makes all the difference. We got there yesterday around 4:30pm which seemed like ample time for us to check out their selection before they closed at 6pm since it was a Sunday. Walking we heard one of the employees refusing to do trade ins, saying it was an hour before close when that simply wasn’t the case. At least that’s what I thought. I don’t mind when employees are having a bad day and vent to one another or whatever but the people working yesterday evening were talking loudly about the store closing the entire time we were there. At 5:30pm, the girl working shouted to her coworker to hit the lights in the front and the back and closed the front doors, refusing customers and saying the store was closed for the night. We had a stack of about ten movies but with them seeming like they were in a hurry, we just set them down and asked the girl to open the doors to let us escape. She grunted a sigh and slowly pulled the door as though we asked her to close the doors originally and it was our fault we were still there. Man, I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for places that I appreciate as much as I do entertainmart, but I don’t like being trapped in a store full of people who are making it known that they aren’t happy to be there. It makes for a pretty unpleasant experience, especially when they’re basically shouting behind my ear that they wish I would just leave."
