"The girl that helped me out was so rude, she snatched the shoe from my hand after I asked her kindly if they had my size and when she came back she threw it on the counter. I for sure am not a negative person and I always treat the employees nice, I’m never rude because I want the same respect I give."

"Very poor customer service. The manager/owner was rude and inept when dealing with an issue. I made a $20 purchase from this store and planned to spilt my payment onto two credit cards. I had $17 on a prepaid card I was trying to use and she ran that card first. That left a $3 balance, in which I was told their credit card minimum was $6. Even though my entire purchase was $20, she refused to run my debit card for the remaining balance. I ended up leaving without the shoes and a bad taste in my mouth. The lady also informed me during our interaction that she had plenty of business and was unbothered that she was losing me as a customer and had a very nonchalant dissmissive attitude. I could tell she was a cheap and couldn't bare to sacrifice a possible a 3% credit card fee, which would have been less than $1. Would not recommend!"

"The management there is nothing but unprofessional about how to handle customers and employees. Upon my two visits, I saw her mistreat her employees and treat other customers with poor respect. When returning shoes due to lack of comfort with the original receipt as their policy stated, she claimed that the shoes I only wore inside the store and inside my home one time, were "too damaged" for them to be exchanged. As a simple and respectful person, I truly want to advise others to avoid this store. Nobody should be tricked into business this way. Be warned. Stay clear."
