"Worst King Supers in the whole greater Denver area! I hate coming here. 3/4 times, whenever I do, they have half of the self-checkout closed and no cashiers right before the dinner hour. The line for self-checkout regularly spans the length of an entire isle and I frequently find staple low-carb goods that I depend on are not in stock."

"Attempted to come in to buy one singular drink and would’ve been out in about 30 seconds but was confronted at five minutes until close and was told that I was not allowed to come into the store. If you have your hours posted until 11 o’clock why would you tell someone before 11 o’clock that they’re not allowed to come into the store, they had security guard the door but at that point just locked the store? They need to be noting this so that people don’t walk up before you’re closed and be told that you’re closed."

"I was having a rough day and came to King Soopers to shop with my baby boy. When we got back to the car I buckled the little one in and loaded the car, a gentleman collecting the carts came over and took it for me. That was very, very kind of him and made a positive impact on my day. Thank you."

"This store has gone way downhill in the past 3 years. No cashiers, self checkout lines go to the back of the store. It’s ridiculous. Hire more people, for the love of god. I’ve been shopping at this location for over 15 years and I’m about to start shopping at Walmart, at least they’ve got more than 6 self checkouts open at any given time."

"There has been a few incidents at this store that I don't like and to have a security guard there makes me wonder why would things continue to happen unless he's there protecting employee and not your customers! So 2 nights ago you had a fight with words between 2 customers it was pretty loud and stupid but one wouldn't shut up and leave so the other just kept talking too. One had a buggy full of groceries blocking the only door you come in and go out! Security was standing at the counter laughing with some other employees while customers like myself wanted to get out of the store because I had been in line for 30 minutes waiting to check out of the only CASH register available. Not amusing what's hilarious is security doing nothing. If we all could have jobs that we stand around. Now tonight again only 6 registers open and a line all the way to the end of the isle and buggies are full of groceries and someone decides to play stupid and cut in front of me because I finally got to the register the cashier saw what was happening and politely told the person the line was way back there and she was not next and would not be able to go after me. Some employees do what they need others just chit chat and make it hard because there playing catch up with all that goes wrong. As I walked in had a guy begging for money and took offense when I said no hoping he would be gone upon leaving because it was so cold but nope he's still begging. Please King Soopers keep these people away your customers should be able to go shopping without worrying what can happen by telling them no. Thank you I'm about ready to do my shopping at Amazon because the time I spend at King Soopers for 4 items is just crazy and so frustrating."
