"Staff is very helpful and friendly. I had to try on some different sizes and Brenda brought them to me in the dressing room and even helped with different colors in the sizes I needed."

"I went in to go buy a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and I was working with Eryn. She was okay and handed me off to other employees when I did not want to be handed off to a million different people. Initially when we entered the store we were greeted with “sales” like questions and HATED it. Don’t be “sales” like when I’m just shopping for a gift in addition, she was incredibly rude and blunt. We did not want to deal with her and wanted to be left ALONE. The culture has changed since I went in back in 2020 and I will no longer be shopping there."

"My daughter and I went into this store while we waited for a table to open up at a neighboring restaurant. An employee followed us around the store the entire time, she did not take her eyes off of us. My daughter was considering purchasing a shirt, I'm glad she didn't. I will not give my money to a store where the employees don't trust me to walk around by myself. Terrible! On a side note the Bad Daddy's burger bar was delicious and had excellent customer service."

"My first time here as a result of an item I saw in their catalogue. Carrie was super helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She offered suggestions in sizes best for me and quickly got my dressing room set up with my name. I didn't feel pushed into buying anything (but I did walk out with a purchase I am super excited to wear)."

"First off yes their product is expensive. However I'm writing this review because the sales lady today was so great and really helped my mom find things for her upcoming trip. I love when you find a sales person who knows their stuff and is personal without being pushy. The staff here is truly great."
