"Shopping on Christmas Eve I went to Shoe Carnival to purchase a pair of Boots for both my Daughters and my Son's Girl Friend for Christmas. They had plenty of Boots but not size 6-or -7 Women's or 6 Big Little Girls I don't understand Women's shoes. I was fortunate to find a pair that fit my Girlfriend -n-Law, my son's Girlfriend who is a Woman. Looking forward to my next Adventure in Women's Shoes. That sounds Fishy but I meant it as a Southern Gentleman in respect to Women."

"From the moment I walked in, Fred was there to assist me in finding the two pairs of shoes I wanted. From start to finish, his customer service and friendliness were on point. I've already recommended this store to others as well."

"The prices and products are great. The staff is horrible. I stood up front for 30 minutes waiting to pay there was a guy he said the cashier was looking for something for him he wouldn't page her or assist with the check out. The cashier finally came up and was not friendly. She acted like I was bothering her. Then another employee walked up they were all Very unprofessional. Avoid this location order online unless you have hours to wait for someone to assist you."

"The store is always well organized. The employees are friendly and quick to help. My complaint is that sometimes the selection of kids shoes is a bit lacking. I wish there were more options but that is a corporate issue. Employees are willing to help order shoes to deliver if they don’t have the right size."

"This store has a pretty reasonable selection, and they always have good deals. Maybe not the largest shoe store I've ever been in, but I can almost always find what I came in for. The customer service is always pretty fair. No one has ever been rude to me nor have I had a negative experience at this location. Overall I would say this location good, but it doesn't knock my socks off."
