"I have bought 2 spas over the last 32ish years fro spa brokers. First one I had for 25 years. Recently had Justin service my spa and Terry service my gas fireplace. Highly recommend these guys. Great explanation on what's needed and how they were coming along. I've also bought parts like pumps over the years and gotten install advice from the parts manager. There's a reason they've been around for so long. Great communication with the person who responds to the service emails too."

"There's an employee there by the name of Josh Pacheco being a new hot tub owner there's so much to do with the chemistry what chemicals to get the ones you don't need and how much to add Josh was so helpful I wish I bought my spa tub from Spa Brokers and not Aqua Spas from the Denver outlets in Westminster. Aqua Spas worst customer service you could imagine they rarely ever answer the phone and when they do they'll put you on hold forget about you hang up or the person that has all the information that you need isn't available. If you want good customer service do not buy from Aqua Spas buy from Spa Brokers"
