"I called a week ago to place a bag on hold and Heidi answered the phone saying they had them (meaning multiple) and she would put one on hold under my name. She never put me on hold to make sure they even had them which I was nervous about but trusted her. I told her the time I would be there to get the bag and she said no problem. When I got there she said oh I remember talking to you on the phone. The manager proceeded to say behind her there was only one snoopy bag in a box in the back and to “hope it was still there” meaning she never went and grabbed it for me and put it behind the counter like she said she would. She proceeded to check and of course came back saying “an employee must of bought it when I went on lunch” Why would she not grab the bag like she told me she would. I would have preferred her to tell me they didn’t have any which would have saved me the drive as it was very much out of my way. To try and help the situation she oddly asked for my personal phone number and where I worked as if that was going to fix anything she just screwed up. I did see a HUGE bag under the counter labeled “heidi’s holds”. I’m happy she got the things she wanted after not doing any part of her job correctly and wasting my time. An actual joke"

"I feel bad for the employees because the majority of the customers in the store were not wearing masks properly or at all and were not social distancing. I had to get out of there and will not be going to this mall during the pandemic."

"Love the jeans at American Eagle, but hate the sassy management and the backhanded compliments from the workers. The front store owner told me to "have a better day and to try and be nice to people." You do not know what kind of day someone is having and I was having a hard day after the passing of my dad and just needed to run an errand and get out. The worker did not like that I was not up to chatting and rudley stated this comment to me, and she claimed she was the manager. If this American Eagle had management be openly disrespectful to customers, take your money elsewhere , it is not worth it."
