"Who is this Julian guy there? An absolute rude person who will spray your hats without asking (actually I told the guy not to do it)and he still charged me. I was smart enough to look at receipt while in store and asked for a refund. This punk got very rude with me. I got my money back though. He should not be working at that store or any retail store, period! As a fitted hat collector, I can not recommend this particular store to any of people out there as you will get a very unpleasant experience! I will never go back to that place. Julian did everything how to drive business away from the store, awful place to say the least! Decent hat selection though."

"Didn’t ask for “single shot spray” I only noticed I was charged for it after I got home looking at the receipt. I’ve done business here numerous times but I feel like when Joliceana up sells she should ask. No more business for this company when they cheat customers."

"Horrible service, especially by the manager David. He’s scamming people by spraying a water repellent to your hat, saying it’s free. Then proceeds to charge you $2 -$3 I saw him spraying every hat and people not even asking him to do it. I saw a lady ask him why she was charged when she never asked for her hat to be sprayed. He said it’s company policy and all pro image sports have to spray each hat weather you like it or not. Is this a new policy by pro image? If so then I don’t want no more part of it. I and some buddy’s used to shop there weekly. Not no more."

"Roscoe Cooper is the rudest worker i have ever met! Got mad at me because he could not up sale me. Shook his head at me and cursed under his breath. Can't believe he even has a job! He needs to he fired. Will never go back! On top of that he did a single shot spray with out me asking and charged me! Hope he gets fired!"

"I purchased a Jersey for my son for Christmas and that experience was great. Fast forward to today when I was going to return the Jersey tags still on it receipt In hand. I used a visa prepaid card that was a gift from my employer. They would not do a return and was told to get ahold of of corporate! But could not give me a phone number! So I just did an exchange and kept it simple. Right before I left Sadie (employee) said “should have got a gift Receipt and you wouldn’t have that problem”. Never again buyer beware!!"
