"After giving them the benefit of the doubt multiple times after their errors and lack of attention to detail let alone rudeness towards the customer, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. At first they somehow lost some hats of mine I supplied to them and replaced them (without telling me or asking me first) with some hats that were not even close to the ones I purchased and would never be acceptable to me. Let alone couldn’t sell or giveaway due to the quality of hat. I still however gave them MULTIPLE chances moving forward. Then after numerous issues with sewing patches on uneven and crooked. When it was obvious they were crooked and not straight/centered as well as thread showing outside of the lines of the design/patch they then proceeded to blame the customer of being to difficult and wanted to part ways and not do business with me anymore. I’m a very forgiving and easy understanding customer hence the reason I gave them so many chances. I tip wait staff well. Treat people with respect. Etc etc. I’ve never written a review on any business let alone a negative one. But with that said the way I was treated I thought would be helpful for other customers considering hiring them. Save yourself the headache and time and wasted trips and find a more respectful reliable company to work with."
