"The manager here is doing such a poor job. I could tell that her employees didn’t like her very much. When someone needed a return, they employee who seemed new or not in the position to do a return always asked if their manager, I don’t remember the name, was out of the bathroom yet. Times that I have come in there and there so happens to be a return happening, the manager also so happens to be in the bathroom. They up-sale a lot, I was told that it’s an expectation. I get selling but the way they do it just bombards the customer with so much information that I don’t even want to bother to here it. Some of the people just looked so disinterested when their manager came around, it makes me believe they don’t like her very much as a superior. You can’t run a business with managers who make it seem like a living hell for their employees. Teenagers can be dramatic, but the eyes tell a lot."

She’s was extremely professional and knowledgeable. So amazing that she made my daughter feel super comfortable with her decision . Top of the line service !"

"Lame that they told me my shoes would arrive in 3-5 days from day of purchase. Come to see the tracking info says 3-5 days from the day they ship out. Over a week at this point. Not getting my shoes for the event I planned to wear them for. The girl was nice and all, but now it just feels like they tell you your stuff will arrive fast just to get the sale."
