I had the receipt and everything but they told me they weren’t even able to return them even with the UPC number. Very rude and doesn’t make sense how I wouldn’t be able to return them."

"Wouldn’t let us take more than 10 items in which was totally cool, but then they put back our other items before we had a chance to try on. And then they said I couldn’t be in the dressing room with my 12 year old to help him. I had to wait in a very busy small hallway and he had to come out to show me every item. It was absurd. This is my sons fav store for sweatpants and sweatshirts. I looked back at my account and I spent over $1,500 last year at this store. But now I’m upset, and I’m not going back. I wanted to complain at the store but couldn’t find a single employee that looked over 18. You really should have at least one grown mature adult working at all times."
