"Can't even open one regular check out lane? I literally only got half my shopping list knowing I would have to deal with the terrible self check. I don't understand how they can boast so much about great customer service but cant even have 1 lane open. Im guessing the GM and the corporate decision makers don't do their own shopping. Do these stores and not realize that average folks like me literally spend less money when there is no lane open. What didn't buy could've paid for having a lane open another hour or two easy!"

"It's a bit pricey and I couldn't find everything I needed, however I did have excellent customer service. I wanted a snack mix but I really don't like when it's salty and sweet."

"For the love of god just hire someone to work the actual checkout machines rather than forcing your customers to use self checkout. You’re probably losing more value with theft via the self checkout machines than it’d cost to just hire an actual human. It’s create jobs and plus it wouldn’t force the customers to do what could be a payable job for a person. Let people do entry level jobs. Jesus christ guys."

"I went into this store only to use the restroom and did nothing else while I was there. I was wearing sweatpants and a lightweight hoodie. You might not think that what I was wearing matters for a review for a grocery store, but apparently it does. After using the restroom while I was attempting to exit the store, I walked by an an old man with grey or white hair who I believe may have been a manager who was cleaning a register. After I walked past him, he asked me what I had in my “coat” and I had no idea what he was talking about and he proceeded to claim that “somebody said you put something in your pocket” which was a blatant lie. I told him there was nothing inside of my pocket multiple times and even put my hands inside of my empty pockets to show there was nothing in there. He did all of this in front of a cashier and other customers. He did not apologize for falsely accusing me of putting something in my pocket with no basis whatsoever and in fact continued to talk about me to a female employee who I believe may have been a supervisor as I exited the store. I was targeted by this employee for absolutely no reason other than that I was wearing a hoodie. This employee or manager working in the front end of the store is an absolute embarrassment and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and it was completely uncalled for and inappropriate. If I had his name I would put it here in my review. I can’t believe that this is how customers are treated at this store. I will never spend a cent at this store and I would not recommend anyone else to shop here."

"so, i’m very agitated that they still haven’t bought the proper package for their lunch menu.. this is how my lunch look after checking out.. this has been going on since this past April and i hope they can provide better service about this issue. Also i hope they can place the scanner on the bottom of the package, you would have to flip your lunch to scan it, but i think they have a new person and she obviously is clueless on how to serve proper portion too."
