"Black female working register extremely rude and unprofessional. Jacket had price slightly ripped off and wanted to understand how she suddenly priced it at $20 how when i asked why 20 she suddenly refused to sell it to me. Then said $10 to sell it to me."
"Nicely stocked. Good prices especially on Saturday with their 4 tag sales. One employee in the Brick brack yesterday was a little rude for not acknowledging my question and then pushing her restock cart away from me. But hey I get they don’t like people going in their carts. Found lots of name brands on sale."
"I’m sure people have validly bad experiences at different places all across the globe, but I don’t know how you can get a better thrift store. Massive, tons of selection, amazing prices- especially on Saturdays- friendly service. I do feel like there should be a different standard for a thrift store than say, Coach, so for a thrift store, I don’t know how you can get better. Did I already say that? Part of me wants to leave a 1 star review and talk $#!+ so y’all don’t come and ruin my spree- so yeah, just don’t shop here. It sucks"
"Store is pretty clean and well organized. However, I wanted to leave a review to let the team know there are carts scattered across the lot. Please invest in staff to put them away or a lot to park the carts, so they don’t damage cars. They are all over the parking lots 4/23 in high winds near cars. I put one away, just as I was walking to the gym (next store) since it wasn’t worth the effort. Thanks for the consideration :)"
"Found some great items here at a steal! It's even better with half priced items on Saturdays. Great clothing selection, unique household items, etc. There were a few downsides though. The line was absolutely ridiculous and took a while to go through and when I donated items the guy working in the back was very irritable and rude to me when I was asking simple questions about where to place my donations. I was also annoyed because he said they don't take inflatables (I had an air mattress I wanted to give away) and there was NOWHERE on the website or signs that said I couldn't donate these."
