"I’ve been running for years now but recently decided to get a new vest and a bladder rather than the two water bottles in the front. Unfortunately I got a defective bladder from another store but couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t work. Thankfully Michael at the Louisville RR clued me in and fixed it all for me today! He confirmed the problem was the bladder and not me and did the work calling the other store to get the info needed for a quick exchange. This saved me so much time and stress I couldn’t thank him enough. Everyone at this store is is knowledgeable and helpful I love going here for all things running related"
