"The cashier was really unprofessional. She didn't greet us and gave us bad looks all the time. She literally throw the money at me when I came in for a return."

"Went looking for a pair of shoes, requested one pair on a size 9. The employee ( young lady with home dyed hair) comes out and tells me she has a 10 and 1/2 and that usually this should fit. Not sure where that logic applies for tennis shoes, so I proceeded to say don't worry and thank you but those were too big to even try. She went out of her way to be rude and speak to us as she pleased. Wouldn't recommend"

"I highly DO NOT recommend this location! I was in recently this week shopping with my daughter and was being helped by Chayanne. The service was over all terrible, my daughter was talked to rudely and was being pushed to buy things we had repeatedly refused. By the end of the interaction we had decided to leave and not purchase anything."

"The supposed manager was so rude I believe her name was Cheyenne she was disrespectful to her employee, she was calling one of the employees out in front of the customers. She also made an improper dance move in front of customers while there was children in the store acting as if she was at a club. So unprofessional. She also tried forcing me to buy socks from her after I told her many times “no thank you” and she kept insisting I don’t recommend this store at all. I just feel bad for the employees."

"I went in to get a pair of converses with my girlfriend and the selection was not the problem. The service I received from one of the supposed managers ( I believe her name was Cheyenne ) made us change our mind on where to shop. She was rude throughout our interaction. She was snappy while we were choosing which pair to get so we chose to go somewhere else. I hope for journey’s as a company that customers will NEVER have the displeasure of meeting such a rude employee and I am in shock that Journey’s would allow her to become an employee yet alone a MANAGER!!!"
