Showed up at noon and still nobody. The hours are posted online need to be changed. Because the incompetent staff is not cutting it at showing up on time"
"The Glenwood Springs location is poorly managed! They were suppose to open at 10am and no one showed up until 11am and then she wouldn't open until 11:30am!! I left because I had already waited long enough."
"The website for this location says it opens at 10am. I was there at 10:30am and it was all closed up with no signage when it would be open. I waited until 11am and was about to leave when a woman showed up and put a sign up saying they would open at 11:30am. I said you won't be open until 11:30am? She said yes. You should update your website to the hours you are open! So she lost a sale instead of letting me in to at least start browsing. This is the second time this has happened to me where your hours aren't correct. I won't be coming back. Poor customer service!!!"
