"Went in today January 23 2024 looking for turtlenecks for my husband. The woman cashier didn’t know what a turtleneck was and she asked me if I wanted the whole shirt? I said yes. She asked an associate that walked by and he didn’t answer her. I won’t be back."

"I have went to Big 5 in Glenwood the past two evenings aT 5:30pm and they were closed. The hours on google say 7:30pm Sunday and 8:30pm Mondays, do not waste your time or money driving here… they close at 5:30pm every day. Management needs to change the google hours."
