"They had great service in store but working with the office people for delivery was horrible they gave me 3 different dates didn’t make one date I waited days and days and my stuff came days apart they scratched up my walls and my appliances also my ottoman was broken on the bottom and of course I didn’t notice it’s been sitting in my living room, but when I rearranged my living room, that’s when I noticed. So make sure that u check your merchandise good and have them repeat delivery date more then once"
"Got my appoval, however original sales staff I spoke with over the phone Louis, he was out picking up lunch for the staff and once came back never talked to me . I had a few other staff members there after most was nice . I think the staff here NEEEDS more training . In this competitive world , I’m sure they walk a lot of sales . They said things was out of stock and couldn’t order it statewide , called Denver stores and the had all that was said , not available. Recommend Sheridan store 100 % this place I the springs is a waste of time. They run your credit even if your approval is already good ."
"It was an easy process. I got pre approved before going into the store. Once there, I actually got approved for more than I thought. They had tons of selections and I ended up getting a sofa, love seat and a huge lounge chair for $1400! Can’t beat that! Plus my monthly payments are under $100. Would definitely shop with them again!"
"Purchased a sectional for over $2000, and not even two days after it was delivered. It is already falling apart. Manager stated that it was my responsibility to check the condition of the couch after delivery, but there was no way for me to know that the internal structures were poorly manufactured and or damaged, after the manager saying that there was nothing she can do about it, and insinuating it was my fault in the 2 days at my house that I broke it. I took it upon myself to make the repairs, since I’ve already spent money on purchasing the couch, craftsmanship of these couches are so terrible staples not even hitting the wood, Almost as if a blind person put it together. It was my first experience with conns, and will be my last. Avoid the store at all cost. It’s in the name “CON”ns"
"Experience was off to a good start greeting upon entering asked if needed any help and was assisted by Rose on the sales floor. She was polite and informative. Everything appeared to be going well then the manager Cyndi came over to go over the sale and finalize everything. She said the model of the bed was an Orion and my wife and I both questioned it because it's not what was on the bed tag. We were looking at the Celeste and wanted the Celeste. She assured us that everything is correct and we would get the bed we wanted. After filing all the paperwork and getting a receipt it clearly said Orion Plush. We came back to the store and were informed that is correct and they made the mistake of putting the wrong tag on the wrong bed and there was nothing they could do about the mistake. This is a $500 dollar error they shrugged off as nothing happened. We decided to shop elsewhere due to the huge inconvenience of driving back and forth and trying to question the mistake with the manager before end of sale and her lack of care. We would've loved a new bed, and to support salesperson Rose, but with lack of responsibility and empathy from the manager all interest was lost."
