"This store has a little of everything! Working on a budget, no problem! Wanna ball out on nice furniture, no problem! The quiet thing about this place is the sales reps and how they jump all over you. I personally look for what I want to purchase and then find a sales rep who hasn’t pounced on me, one who hasn’t been nasty when I’m just looking. They get commission based off sales, so watch it. I love the variety in furniture. I love how it’s all displayed. They even have cleaners walking around cleaning to keep the place spotless! I’ve purchased here about 3 times now and am happy every time. I’ve had a few issues and had to send back future that was damaged but it wasn’t the drivers fault. They fix any issues and make sure you are happy. Definitely recommend!!!"

"Absolutely wonderful experience. From time I purchased the couch to delivery was less than 36 hours. Ordered right before Christmas so I wasn't sure I'd have it in time, which was ok but they exceeded all my expectations. Delivery was prompt and fast. Jose and his partner communicated well with each other ensuring their own safety and that furniture nor my house were damaged. They arrived on time and we're in and out within 10 minutes."

"I purchased a reclining couch, loveseat and a chair and a back ordered coffee table. The salesman was great and very patient and helpful. I'd give him an A. Now the delivery side of it was horrible. They did arrive early which was nice but that's where it ended. It snowed and was wet the night before and a majority of the day so I shoveled and salted for their safety. They brought the chair in first with only hitting the door frame a few times. Thankfully without any damage to the chair or doorframe. Next came the loveseat they kept ramming it and dropped it several times then they finally got it inside then just threw it on the floor with one guy just cussing and swearing up a storm. Now with the couch they began to violently remove the back rest of the couch which I am guessing was more difficult than it should have been because the guy was kicking and ripping at it trying to get them off. Then when he finally did he was throwing them out into the back of the truck. Thankfully I was there so they didn't end up in the wet street. So I brought them in. So finally after 10 minutes or so of that guy complaining and swearing they managed to bring in the bottom half of my couch. And again he just dumped it on my floor then proceeded to grab the tops he removed and throw them to where they dumped the couch. So I had just about enough of this disrespectful attitude and his lack of respect for my property I just said I would take care of everything and they could leave. Here are my thoughts. If you sell heavy furniture that comes with electronics and what not. Hire delivery personnel that can handle the job that is required of them. I spent thousands of dollars for some delivery guy to ruin or break it before it even gets into my home. Keep in mind there were two delivery people. One was respectful and courteous which I was guessing was new to the job and the other guy that I am assuming was the training senior employee. He was just awful. The worst delivery driver I have ever had. I didn't bother getting any names because I just wanted them to leave. I feel bad for the driver he was training. Hopefully he doesn't turn into the guy that was training him. I am grateful that I got what I ordered but I would have liked it damaged free and from professionals. I am not sure AFW has that in their delivery side of it. It's a very big disappointment for sure."

"American Furniture Warehouse has been my go to Furniture Store for over 20 years here in Colorado Springs. Jeff Smith always makes it a pleasurable visit we have ordered furniture 3 times in the past two weeks. My wife Lacene came in to pick out a chair; she ordered a table online; with Jeff's assistance. Today I came in to pick out a new set for our great room; Jeff knows I'm a buyer, not a shopper, and makes it as pain free as possible for me. He has helped us fill three homes over the years, from bedroom sets, new mattresses, family rooms, to outdoor furniture as well. However, on longer visits I have stopped by to have a snack at their snack bar; or use their handicap accessible restrooms. Jeff is a great listener; which saves everyone time to look at the material; color you need etc.. I always call ahead so he knows we are coming. If he is off of work, he is worth the wait. I am a raving fan of Jeff Smith; I encourage you to ask for him. Repeat business is earned, not given. I have always appreciated the effort he takes to check what's available and when we can expect it at our home. The delivery team always calls ahead and has been very respectful in our home. During the pandemic realistic wait times were given. Everyone else set unrealistic standards then blamed it on COVID, Jeff never did that. I would recommend American Furniture Warehouse; at this point we should receive a live White Tiger for our loyal business. Jeff thank you for another wonderful experience we look forward to our new Family Room set later this week."
