"I thought the service and kindness shown by them was fantastic. They were very nice when it came to having me pay after rather than before. I like the text thing they have going where they inform you when it's done. The reason for the 4 rather than 5 is because the price of things other than a tube replacement is expensive. If someone were to ask me "would you recommend Trek for their price?" I would scoff."
