"Wow. These people are on it. We rented online, which saved us 20%, which is great. We walked in, were greeted immediately, and they set about getting our gear. They asked a bunch of questions to make sure we got the right gear and sizes. The gear was in great condition and worked well. You don't often get get good service and good gear when renting. We got both here. On top of that, as we were using the gear on Christmas, they let us bring it back the following day. We'll definitely use them again next time we're in the area!"
