"We purchased a mattress from this store in 2019. The mattress is unusable at this point. We were told by a store representative that the mattress was under warranty. We took all of the photos of the mattress, only to find that the mattress didn't have the law tag. Called the store and they told us without a tag, there is no warranty. We were also told that it's a floor model, so there isn't a warranty. We were not told any of this when we bought the mattress. I asked them what we are supposed to do then. The representative, who was rude the whole phone call, told me I can come in and buy another mattress. I said why would I do that after that interaction? He just laughed and said I'm not sure what else to do then. Do not go here. Borderline scam. This is why these mattress stores are being replaced with online retailers. Good riddance."
