"Don't waste your money or time at this Lowes or any for that matter. This Lowes in particular treats its employees unfairly, and will let employees go if you miss a day of work for personal reasons. Shop at a place who cares more about their employees than their profits. Look up Ma & PA shops to support."

"I tried to return an item that was purchased for my home by a contractor. I had the receipt. I had the item. It was unopened and able to be easily re-sold and used again, totally undamaged, even the packaging was pristine. I'm sure it's already back on the shelf being bought tomorrow by the next guy. I've already paid the contractor for this item. Any party can cut ties with a contractor for any reason. There are many situations that might call for someone to need to recover funds after a severance from a worker in their home. 1. I was told the item can only be returned to the card he used to purchase the item. (It's not my fault he didn't use the cash I gave him to purchase this item) 2. They would not even give me store credit. Tell me what reason there can be for refusing to return funds to a new payment method when the purchase was well over any possible payment rejection for the original purchase. Tell me why you could not give in store credit for funds you have already acquired. This is nonsensical. It can't hurt you in any way. I will never shop at Lowe's ever again because of this. Terrible customer service. Terrible policy. Figure out what every other shopping establishment has figured out. Grow up with the times."

"It is so difficult to find the items you need in this store! I needed a hinge for a cabinet, I found the aisle where these are supposed to be. After looking through the hinges, the hinge I needed wasn't there. I continued shopping for other items I needed and low and behold I found the hinge I needed on a back end display. During my search, I saw no employee to ask for assistance. There is no personal contact unless you want to stand in line to check out. I'll spend more money at Ace Hardware where you get assistance from a knowledgeable individual."

"Went to this store with my dad to buy my son a driver drill and impact drill for his new job. The item my dad wanted was locked in a cabinet so he asked an employee who was walking by if we could get some help. The employee very rudely said "What do you need? I can't let this cart go." So my dad said "never mind we will go somewhere else." The employee said " That's fine." We then went to the service desk to tell them what happened and they didn't seem like they wanted to get us any help either so I told them we will just go to Home Depot. As we were leaving they never even tried to keep our business. We then went Home Depot where we spent over $200 getting the items we needed for my son. This has been the worst service we have ever had at a Lowe's. We will not be returning to this store again."

"As usual, they have a great selection they’re a little bit short right now on some of the supplies for sprinkler systems, which could be expected. I would think they would order more in advance. The guy didn’t even know what aisle it was in, but I did find it. I always love the large array of stuff that Lowes carries. And the lady at the register was nice and they have a please Department monitor in the parking lot so you should feel pretty safe."
