"We had new carpet installed in June of 2023 from Abby Carpet & Tile. It has been 8 months since then and our carpet (inspite of having 2 dogs)still looks new! We had such a wonderful experience from the sale (thank you Tony) and installation that we will be using Abby Carpet & Tile in our new home!"

"The whole process was going well and smooth until it came to the actual install, coordinating the install day seemed very difficult for them and it changed at least 3 times. I was told the hard floor needed to go in first on Friday, so I moved all of my appliances into the bedrooms which were getting carpet just a few days after so they were out of the way. Upon asking for confirmation of the time and making sure we were good to go I was told both floors are going in on Saturday, so now I had to move all of the appliances out onto my patio first thing in the morning before the installers got there so they didn’t have to worry about moving things around while they worked. I asked for confirmation on Friday to make sure we were still good to go for Saturday and I received no communication back, so I had to just assume the floors were going in and move my appliances even though this was a gamble and potentially could be rescheduled again. I moved the appliances Saturday morning and came back in the afternoon and the carpet was going in which was good but I still hadn’t heard anything from the office. I learned from the carpet installers that the hard floor would go in on Sunday, which means my appliances would be outside overnight. Still no communication on Sunday but I went over and talked to the hard floor installer and he said he would finish up Sunday afternoon. I moved all of my appliances back inside Sunday night and still received no communication from the office. The carpet is nice and floor seems a bit soft as there are a few scratches already and I’m surprised because I’ve used appliance sliders to not scratch anything. I finally received a phone call today asking for final payment and upon expressing my concerns I was met with “All we can do is do better in the future”. I felt like I didn’t receive what I was originally promised and it’s very unfortunate because I was very excited about new floors in my house. I was also considering going with Abbey to do a new shower pan and tile in the bathroom but I don’t think I will be working with them again."

"Abbey installed LVP on our entire first floor and we are very happy with the results. If anything came up during and after the install, Brittany was dedicated to making it right and making sure we were totally happy. If you are looking for a place with great customer service, this is it."

"We decided to remove some carpet and extend our vinyl plank flooring into our family room from the kitchen. We had several contractors come and give us estimates. Once we decided on Abbey Carpet & Tile, we knew we had made the right choice! Their installer, Sean, did such a wonderful job and was done in 2 days. They had no problem obtaining our flooring even though we had originally purchased it 7 years ago. Sean made a great transition to our fireplace hearth that looks just perfect. Great pricing and great service. They even came a week earlier than estimated. We highly recommend them."

"We've only used Abbey Carpet once but will never use anyone else again. Hands down, the best experience we've had with any company after buying our house. Lowe's delayed our carpet our a month without telling us, after we had to call them so we canceled and went to Abbey in a panic, hoping someone could get us in before we moved. We needed almost 1500 sq ft of carpet and they had it in stock! We got EXTREMELY lucky as they had a cancelation and got us measured and all installed within a week. We love the carpet so much more than what we originally picked out at Lowe's. It's better quality AND it was $250 cheaper! The install quality is top notch and our installer was very nice and friendly. If you're looking for a place to get flooring done, don't even look anywhere else. Abbey Carpet and Tile will get you taken care of."
