"This place is terrible. It's a large place with a large variety of things to buy. However all of the employees are extremely judgemental and rude whenever you are trying to to pawn something. They make me feel like anything I have to get rid of is worthless and they are looking down on me as if they are better than me .I would recommend getting a whole new staff of employees that are respectful."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s an actual joke trying to sell something to them because they don’t actually find your product, they find something similar and go based of a “similar” product. And I went in there probably 3 weeks ago and they gave me a price on what they would give me on my item and it was $40. Then with a different guy just now he said told me $20, but DIDNT EVEN LOOK UP THE SAME ITEM I HAD. The price on what my item goes for vs. what he was looking were very different. I think he thought I just wouldn’t notice but I confronted him about it and didn’t even feel like arguing with him. They treat you horrible and are always very rude. I have never had a single pleasant experience here and would not advise anyone to go here if you’re looking to sell an item. The customer service is insanely bad."

"I shop here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The staff are all friendly and always get me a deal on purchases. The large collection of DVDs and Blu-rays are what I mainly shop for, but they have a lot of TVs, games, computers, tools, and car stereo/home theater equipment as well. My favorite pawn shop in town!"

"I was in the store today, when a young man was attempting to buy an item. The gentleman behind the counter took his identification in the back, and immediately returned to tell the young men that they refuse to do business with him based on a negative review, he apparently left in 2020. The young man was adamant that he has never left a negative review and flabbergasted, because the content of the negative review was against his personal beliefs. The gentleman behind the counter was unkind and unprofessional, and the fact that they could not produce the review for the young man to view when he asked for it really disappointed me. I understand it’s just a pawn shop, but people are people and should be treated fairly. They lost not only that poor young man’s business but mine as well today."
