"Great handicap suite. Clean hotel. Very good service. Two complaints: the glasses and coffee cups at the breakfast area were up on shelves, so short people or wheelchair-bound can not access them; the handicap suite was as far away from elevator as possible, making it very difficult to move luggage people and supplies."
"Solid location. Not too far to travel to lots of good food options. The team on-site were friendly and helpful, even as you could tell new employees were still learning. The suite we had was a good size and clean, but the beds were falling in the middle and the blankets were way too thin for the cold weather. (There were heaters, but we prefer to leave them off at night because it often becomes too dry). Would stay here again because of the awesome value, but mattresses should be replaced they lose their shape/firmness."
"This hotel was amazing! The service was great, and the rooms were so beautiful. When I was leaving the hotel, I didn’t realize they had a shuttle to the airport. What a convenience. If I ever have to stay in a hotel in Colorado Springs, this is the hotel I will always stay at."
"Exceptional. All the amenities, very clean, kitchenette, very well equipped. Had a difficult issue with the front desk, but the manager wrote me quickly and resolved it to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this hotel for those who we need to stay in this area."
"Don't you ask for a proper upgrade. I was looking to upgrade to something up to $1,000 for four nights; however, the lady at the desk got offended that I thought the rooms were small and not up to par. She refused to take my money for an upgrade. Suites are horrid. Similar to a New York apartment. They are extremely small for the premium. Go to the Hilton. Well, even at an econolodge it's not a problem to get a well equipped suite or upgrade. We will continue to dissuade others from this unsatisfactory location and let them know how they treat their disabled vets."
