"I went in to get a cut and color. At first, the gal seemed super sweet and very outgoing. We had good conversations, got my hair done and I left. I went home to style my hair for an event and my mom realized the layers were very choppy and the color was splotchy. I called to get my hair redone the next day. When I arrived, we had some small talk and I showed her my hair. She didn’t say anything she just started right away. I could feel that there was some tension. In the middle of her redoing my hair, I tried to relieve that tension by thanking her for fixing my hair and she commented with a attitude “Yeah, I thought you just wanted something for free”. I reassured her that I am only there to get my hair fixed because I didn’t like the result. The rest of my time there it seemed like she was giving me the cold shoulder and it was an inconvenience for me to be there. After she was done, I told her it looked better and she acknowledged that it looked better as well. After getting my hair redone, the color is a lot better. The cut on the other hand was not. The layers are still choppy, and I didn’t have any face framing. I have let it grow out and will be going somewhere else. I normally don't leave bad reviews but I feel like this was very unprofessional."
