"I would say that this motel is a 1* or less. I got the basic things through a snow storm. There was no Internet, no cable TV, & when asked to have anything taken care of, I was given a reply to wait. 1 more thing was there was no Continental breakfast the 2 mornings I was there which was included in the price for staying there. Needed a plunger for my toilet and put on hold & told to use the restroom outside of my room. I used my phone for my Internet and cable TV usage. I got charged the deposit and didn't ruin anything or do anything to violate policy and never got my deposit back either."
"Place sucks. Employees suck. Filled with crackheads including the employees. There were people in my assigned room smoking blues a very distinctive smelling drug. Had to get a refund and it’s been about a week and I haven’t seen it so enter if you dare"
"Nothing could be worse than this place. First room smelled like horse maneuver, second room had hair, dirt and a blood stain on the bed. Homeless everywhere. No joke do not stay here. We took our two babies here and this would be considered abuse putting our kids up in that hotel. Never will I ever stay at a Baymont again. I almost passed up and got dizzy walking into the room because of the smell."
"Honestly don't know how this is part of Wyndham. Rooms were trash and unorganized sink had a Crack and maintenance is most likely ran by a 12 y.o. Little Liquor bottles on the floor in the halls smells extremely moldy and tried to cover it with cleaning products. If you are trying to get away from the kids with your significant other for a nice little getaway pick something else. Motels are better then this. Breakfast is absolutely terrible everyone sharing the same jug of milk cocoa puffs and waffles. That is pretty much what you get no juices no creamer so get ready to go out to the gas station and get what you need in the morning. Don't let the photos on the website or 3rd party websites fool you. I got a mountain view room however the only mountain view is if I stick my head out the window. Terrible all around Wyndham needs to do a Audit on this place. Halls are dirty, main entrance is in shambles paint chips and just dirty not to mention still a Giant piece of ice in the walkways of the entrance. This is the type of place you take your side chick too not your significant other."
"I had my hopes up when flying from Japan to stop over and stay in Colorado Springs. I understand what we got for a reasonable price, but there is some level of expectation for being a hotel. I will not nip/pick everything. Significant red flags made me want to cancel our reservation on the spot. Being tired from our trip, we will stay one night and check out. 1. There is an overwhelming smell of Marijuana in the receiving lobby. 2. The elevator is out of service. 3. Front of the house staff lacks professionalism. 4. Walking up the staircase and through the hallway reminds me of being on the subway train in New York City. It's not a good feeling. 5. Entering our assigned room, we are greeted with the pleasant smell of stale air and questionable room cleanliness. I had to use a room spray to help with this problem. My 4 yr old even asked me, "Papa, what is that smell?" 6. Sheets have questionable stains. It makes me question if the bed has been changed. 7. We are in a non-smoking room, but it smells of cigarettes and other questionable fragrances that would make a blood hound dog rethink its life choices. Blue or white collar has no bearing on my decisions and observations. There is a level of expectation for every hotel that is universal. These are flags that management can address."
