"First time in. Made appointment week in advance. Greeted and paired up with Dow immediately. She had to remove builder gel nails that I got elsewhere and didn't like. She was absolutely meticulous! New acrylic set put on quickly and perfectly. 1 nail tip she removed and started over because she thought it was crooked. I didn't even notice! Entire appt took 1 hr 15 mins. I am more than pleased. I'll be seeing Dow on a regular basis."

"Made an appointment for 4 DAYS at..but that didn't matter. Playing favorites to those that a regulars. Didn't offer any serviced, even after asking to see a menu and wanting to pay MORE for simple pedicures. They focused more on getting you in and out than the quality of the work they were doing on your feet. Some in our group got a salt scrub, some got base, color and top coat..some got just the color! Just a hot mess. Will not be going back."

"Absolutely the worst service! My wife and her mom went to get pedicures. My wife came home with a bleeding toe, the guy cut her toenails so short she is going to have the worst ingrown toenail’s. Can barely walk 2 days afterwards. The place is so gross. Not clean what so ever and they hardly wash the tools will never be going back and will most likely end up at the emergency room to fix my toes"
