The first thing they did was determine exactly what I wanted. I was worked on by the husband and wife who own the business. Both were excellent, very precise in insuring nails on both hands were the same. Both very careful to ensure the surface of my nails were very smooth ( no ridges, bumps, rough spots). The entire procedure was enjoyable from start to finish, I am happy with my nails, I will be a returning customer. By the way the cost was much less than I expected. I am a very satisfied customer."
