"The products I buy are never in stock. I did a purchase at store and ship to house. I received the product timely however, I was charged twice for the purchase on two separate days in two separate states. The store refused to give me a receipt that day stating it would be emailed. I never received a receipt. Now the store has no record of my purchase and will not refund the duplicate charge. Store instructed me to call customer service who is requesting a bank statement with account number to a generic email. I don’t think so. Boo."
