"Not my favorite pho place in the Springs area but was overall a good experience. I got the P2 which was the brisket and steak and the meats tasted fine. The broth was very very sweet and idk if that's because of MSG or some extra added flavoring. I personally did not like that but it wasn't a bad Pho broth. I wish it was a bit lighter and not as sweet. Also, Pretty expensive for a medium sized bowl of Pho. About $15. Their spring roll for 2 is about $9 bucks which is a lot as well"
"We found the atmosphere here to be calm and elegant, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was exceptionally delicious. My husband and I requested meal recommendations from the owner, and we’re so glad we did. I had the P6. Pho Ga Chicken with lemongrass, and my husband had the same with tamarind. Both were very rich and flavorful beyond most Pho we’ve ever eaten. We’re traveling and from out of town, but hope to return here in the future! Highly recommend."
"We got the beef plate and a bowl of Phò. The meat looked like it was thin frozen circular slices of meat and was cold by the time it got to our table. The egg rolls tasted like the frozen ones I buy from the grocery store. My husband liked his Phò but said the noodles tasted like they were frozen as well. When you order ice tea also note its Jasmine and not the typical Black tea! Tasted great but they only had sweet n low for sweetener. They also got my Boba order wrong but did correct that. Lighting is darker but it's not too dark and if you don't like the lighting there are seats right below some and it's more than adequate. Our server was sweet but very quiet and difficult to hear. *Update morning after eating here. The meat looked questionable and I should have told them but I ate it anyway.. I'm now sick as all get out..*"
"Cute and nice atmosphere! Love that it's near my home, and the pho is pretty good. I always get the traditional beef broth with vegetables and tofu, and it never fails to satisfy. The owner/manager is really nice as well! (Updated Dec 2022: More recent menu photos) It seems like they might have been having some staffing problems when I went in three weeks ago, but the food is always good and worth the wait! The manager/owner is really nice too and does her best to make sure you have as pleasant a experience as possible"
"Clean and absolutely beautiful interior. This is the only place I eat at in Monument. My server Henry was awesome, eats the in-house fermented Kimchi Broth Pho daily, definitely try that with rare steak."
