"This is probably the worst experience I've had at a drink shop. We went out of our way for some smoothies we were craving. The staff was rude and unprofessional not to mention less than esthetically pleasing. $30 later we received "smoothies" with no fruit flavor and taste like dirty ice. Probably pretty healthy though being that it's water with practically no sugar."
"I went in early in the morning for my usual smoothie and food. The tall lady who took my order was extremely rude. Instead of the usual "hi welcome in" I got a "what do you want today" with an attitude. After I waited for my food, my smoothie was chunky and my food was cold. The service has gone bad in the past week. I usually come in expecting two very nice young ladies and make friendly conversation, but now I will not be coming in again because of the new service."

"Store was dirty in there with water and stuff all over counters. Bathroom was filthy. Paper towels all over floor. Employees were simply rinsing the blender pitchers and I could see some stuff on the one from the previous use. What’s worse than all that you may ask? I found several tiny pieces of plastic in my smoothie. Yeah, gross. Not going back till I get refund and learn this place is cleaned."
