"Ordered a simple breakfast burrito with the potatos. The cashier added sausage to it. I didn't ask for sausage. I was charged for it. I couldn't eat any of it once I bit into the nacho sauce ,.it tasted like vomit. I had to throw my food away."

The employee working the counter, after some difficulty charged me 23 bucks for a meal I didn't get and told me that it was just an authorization not a charge. That wasn't true and I attempted to contact the store as well as corporate customer service and have been ignored"

"Visited this Taco Bell because it is close to home. I ordered two tacos and burritos cravings boxes with soft tacos instead of hard tacos. He repeated the order to us and gave us a total. When we got to the window the guy didn’t know my order. I reminded him that I ordered the two tacos and burritos cravings boxes. He thought we were there for a pickup order. We got our food and when we got home it was all hard tacos and no soft tacos. To boot, there was no receipt. Boo! That really bites because it would probably cost me more than an hour of time to return them and get home to enjoy them. No one answered the phone when I called. I’m feeling invisible and helpless. Guess I gotta take my money and time somewhere I can get the service I need."
