"I have never had 'bad' Arby's for well over 30 years, until tonight. Seriously, try to take some pride in your jobs. I arrived at 11:35, went through drive-thru (they are open until midnight). Ordered a Double Beef and Cheddar combo, asked for crinkle cut fries, got curly, the sandwich was only partially edible, half of the bun was rock hard/stale, it was disgusting. The guy who took my order clearly wanted to go home, never made eye contact, wasn't friendly.. As soon as I pulled away (roughly 11:40ish), they turned off all the lights well before midnight. As a consumer, I shouldn't have to worry about if the food will be good or bad just because it's almost closing time. Why can't you make consistently good food during business hours? Just make the food as if you are making it for yourself to eat, that's all I ask. Someone built that sandwich and knew what the bun felt like. Unacceptable."

"Whenever I visit the Arbys on Colorado Blvd it more often than not is filled with smoke. The employees say it's the fryer vents being broken. I want to come in a sit and eat my meal with my family but I don't want to breathe in all that smoke! I especially feel bad for the employees stuck behind the counter who have to deal with it. I usually visit in the evenings and the staff is great, so this is even sadder. I thought it would be temporary but each time I come back it's still like that. Please fix the vents!"

"Mostly clean, good food. Service pretty bad. They don't listen, are incredibly slow, and messed up multiple items I ordered, including giving me the wrong kind of fries. However the food that came out was the best Arby's I've had in a long time so I'll take the good with the bad"
