"Ummm it's only 52 degrees in the restaurant right now. The shift lead says she doesn't have access to turn it up .... And the ice cream is just milk? Food was good and the staff were nice. But man we will never come back here."

"Haven't been here in over 20 years. After Dickey's changed the way the make and serve their food a long time ago, I pretty much stopped going. I went to another location a few years ago and it was just fair. I stopped by tonight desperately hungry after working late. I was really happy to see this location kept the lunch line style of ordering food, and this location still has the free ice cream! Brings me back to being a kid. The brisket was really good too. The three guys working behind the counter were also really nice and chatted for a moment. The visit was a nice surprise for a tired and hungry tradesman."

"Dickey's on Arapahoe has been our go to BBQ place. The last two times have been a disappointment. The soft serve ice cream has been broken....boo. A handle was missing from the bathroom sink and water from the faucet sprayed all over. The dining room was dark and the TVs weren't on. My son even threw out some of his smoked turkey. That never happens. Time to move on. There is a lot of competition in the BBQ world. Time to move on."

"What the hecj happened to Dickies? They used to have steak fries then moved to waffle fries...now they just do terrible shoestring fries.... They no longer serve their hot links (but they sell them at the grocery store?)b they replaced their rolls with a piece of buttered toast. Their big round Mac & cheese replaced with regular elbow mac? Terrible what's happened to their food"

"I always enjoy eating at Dickey’s, but I was very disappointed by this location tonight. Their service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed incompetent. They kept asking us to repeat our order 3 or 4 times. My order was relatively simple but I was kept waiting 20+ minutes. They also handle online orders before attending to in-store orders. I was on a time crunch as well which meant that my stress was only increased. I love Dickey’s but do hope that this location steps up their game."
