"This place is very cool, and the Monday day bartender is awesome. The evening crew came in when we were leaving, and it was less than impressive. Yoga pants and a sweatshirt?!? Come on... I recognize we are in CO, but act like you care about the place you work and the people you are servicing. Have some respect for the profession. Make me want to spend more money than at a dive bar down the street. Food was ok, but I am not sure that I would be willing to try anything else if it's being delivered in the bartender's gym outfit. I'm not going to completely bash the place because the day bartender was a total rock star AND in a button-up shirt and slacks. I'd like to indulge at the cool bar and will likely go back to try it again at some point... we will see how I feel next time."

"First time at Indulge Bistro & Wine Bar for a solo lunch. I enjoyed the flavors of the turkey brie wrap with berry and greens with french fries. I also wanted to relax and enjoy multiple refills of coffee and I really appreciated the servers helping out with a few refills as I sat with my to-do list. It was a nice environment to eat and regroup mid-day. Good prices. Thanks, I will be back for sure."

"First time at this establishment. Not busy at all right after happy hour, but was sat next to another table despite the emptiness. Table next to the window was cold as it was 20 degrees outside. Waitstaff was friendly but not as attentive as I'd expect for the cost of food. Decent dinner menu selection and wine list was extensive. The fried pickles were delicious with the poblano sauce, but I would have liked more crispy Brussels. Pasta entrees were delicious. Lots of cheese and oil just how I like it. Meats were cooked perfectly. Fondue was extra decadent and made for a nice cap to the experience."

"Edit: really liked the place and decided to come back. Not sure what has changed but the hostess was rude and looked like she hates her job. Our waitress was taking 100 years to come back with the check or more wine. Even though it was a Sunday night and it wasn’t busy. Original: The atmosphere was great and food was good too. Service was fast. I definitely recommend their Ahi Tuna. Their Salmon and Avocado/Tuna appetizer were okay. Big wine selection and nice desert menu. Their Irish coffee was a great desert option."

"Very disappointed with this place. Food subpar. Nothing special. Flatbread pizza was burnt. Burger was just average to below average. Service well below average. Never got checked on during our meal. We ordered cheese platter and 2 main courses. All the food came out at once. Common sense is the cheese platter comes out 1st. When it all came out together I stated I expected to get the cheese platter 1st. She stated “well no one told me” and set the platter down with the food and left. This place is really dirty if you look. The keep the light dim but there is dust all over the bottles when you walk in. Table was sticky. Also all through dinner all you could hear was workers in the kitchen yelling and laughing and acting up. Very unprofessional. Staff clearly have zero cares about customer service or provide a professional atmosphere. I have eat at the indulge in golden and it’s the exact opposite of that place. I will never return back to this location to eat again."
