"Ordered 3 melts and wings ORDER #3240305172306001332038255 Placed on March 5 at 4:23 PM. Melts were ALL BURNT and hard a a rock all put in same box 3 different kinds of Melts inedible 8 wings were ok but worst pizza hut food experience I've ever had. Delivery guy was nice"

"Believe the reviews. My family ordered from here tonight. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. We ordered online and I made sure not to choose a contactless delivery because I wanted to make sure my kids could eat ASAP when our order was delivered. It sat outside my house for 15 minutes because the driver never rang the doorbell. I never received the 2 liter I paid almost $5 for! One of my pizzas was suppose to be cheese well it had so many bubbles in it that half the pizza was burnt sauce. I call and ask for the manager sat on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever answered, called back and was put directly on hold without anyone ever talking. Sad that people in customer service treat customers this bad. Definitely deleting my account and getting my money back one way or another."

"Had the absolute worst experience, EVER! I ordered the big pizza box with wings for $42 at 7:55pm. It took 2 HOURS for my order to be delivered. It was 10:00pm by the time the delivery driver got to my door. I tried calling both the delivery driver and the Pizza Hut several times through the whole process just for no one to answer. Once the delivery driver got to my door the pizza was cold and I told him I wasn’t willing to pay for the pizza anymore. He got upset and took the pizza with him and left. I then called Pizza Hut YET AGAIN and finally someone answered the phone. She was super rude to me and then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t going to do anything about it. So by the end of my experience with this Pizza Hut I was NOT happy. I normally LOVE Pizza Hut. I’ve never had any problem with any other location, just this one. So I suggest anyone looking for a good Pizza Hut location, not to choose this one! I am never going through this location again!"

"If I was able to get them zero stars I would. The gentleman at the counter refused to allow me to order because I declined on providing my phone number. There is absolutely zero reason Pizza Hut needs my phone number when I walk in to order and do business with them. I think people need to start using their head and stop being so below average in life if they want to drive business. I left and went across the street and gave McDonald’s my business instead. I will never go back to that Pizza Hut. The owner owns his family an apology for hiring people that take good off of his family’s table. Nice job."
