"If I didn't have to give any stars then I wouldn't have. Absolutely horrible. Wouldn't give us a receipt of our order. I almost fell with all the water on the floor, the women's bathroom smells like cat per along with the huge hole in the ceiling and the loose faucets with water everywhere. Not to mention our glass had a huge chip and Crack in it and the waitress just said she will go put our drink in a new glass. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!"

"Stopped by for a late night dinner with my brother last night. This was my first time at this establishment and will be my last. We started with the chicken nachos. They were okay at best, nothing special. For our entrees I ordered the fish and chips. My brother ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich. I have never in my life had fish and chips this bad before. The batter around the fish was soggy as can be. I politely asked our waitress if the kitchen could fix the problem and was greeted with attitude as if it was my fault. Anyways she took the food back and when I got my redemption plate from the chef it wasn't any better. The batter was full of grease from how thick it was, also the batter tasted like some funnel cake batter. I don't believe that's how beer batter is suppose to taste. My brother said the chicken was tasteless and had no seasoning at all. All he could taste has the hot less, hot honey. The side of Mac and cheese was bland, cheese sauce horrific. There were no good flavors to be found here. We were gonna order dessert but thought that would be a mess to. Definitely not worth the prices on the menu either. I advise to take your family, friends, coworkers, etc.... somewhere else."

"Wow. So I've heard how good this business WAS. But this is the first time I'd been here & will be the last. It looked normal coming in & we were seated fairly quickly. But it took quite a while for our server (short Latina with glittery eye makeup & long hair) to take our drink order & even longer to actually receive them. We had to ask for the kids Sprite twice. By the way there's no kids menu. Then she tells us they're outta chicken (who runs outta chicken?!), shrimp & fish. So apparently the only protein available was beef. There went half the menu selection off the bat. My 6oz sangria was mainly ice & $13!!! The prices aren't listed either. I finished it well before the food was served so asked for a Mango cart on tap. It took so long that I had to walk up to the bar to cancel it bc at that point I was already done with my food. Somehow it magically appeared like it'd been sitting up there the whole time. The staff seemed more interested in flirting with each other & patrons than doing their jobs. The food looks great on presentation but my chicken parm sandwich was missing marinara & the chicken was gritty so I spit it out and ended up just eating bread and cheese. The women's bathroom was ATROCIOUS. I'm pretty sure they're violating several health codes. At this price point, the entire experience should've been MUCH better. And the facilities cleaner. Our server, Snooki's twin, was unattentive AF. I also had the discomfort of sitting with a dirty kitchen rag behind me the entire time. Not exactly appetizing. We definitely won't be back and I highly recommend going anywhere else but here."

"First off I want to say the food was delicious. That will be the only reason we give it another try. The reason for the 3 stars and I am sure it was just ab off night was the service. We just felt rushed the entire time while we were there. And they were not hurting for seats they had a ton of open tables. I hadn't even gotten sat down to look at the menu and the waitress already wanted to take our drink order. I asked if we could have a couple of minutes and the waitress rolled her eyes and walked away. When she came back she was like was that enough time??? She really wanted to turn our table over for an empty restaurant. Hopefully it isn't like this all the time."

"Dropped in for lunch on a day that a cook was unhappy, not sure if they are still employed. The challenges in food service staff is great these days, hope they figure out staffing soon. Wait staff was very good and the manager adjusted our bill because it took 45 min for our lunch and the place was not crowded. May want to gauge the atmosphere before sitting down for a meal. Otherwise BL is always a great place for Happy Hour or a bite. Wish these guys good luck here as it would be a great place without the cooking staff hiccups."
