"I have never had such terrible service! My friend and I waited for an HOUR for them to open. One of the owners was rude and speaking in a very harsh tone. She was stressed out and expressing it outwardly. I guess they had an event their the night before and didn't clean up so they were rushing to open shop. The owner was complaining out loud and threw off the entire atmosphere. Their internet was not working and they asked us to leave because of it. She refused to sell my friend a coffee. So, we went to another coffeeshop near by. I did not feel good about the experience. So, I called back about 20 minutes later. The second owner that I spoke with apologized and invited us to come back for a free coffee. We accepted the apology and came back. Again, the second owner apologized and said the business was run by her and her very rude sister. She told us to sit and relax while she tried to fix the WiFi. She gave us a free sample and went down stairs. While she was gone, the other sister came up to us and told us to buy something. She said that we were not customers until we paid for something. She claimed that we were using their WiFi and taking up space in the empty cafe! She also complained that I had taken my coffee from the other coffee shop in there. She said outside food and drinks were not allowed. I explained to her that it was her fault that we had to leave and get a coffee elsewhere but it wasn't a problem I would get rid of the coffee. She became visibily upset and said that we were giving "bad vibes" to the cafe. She also called us energy vampires. She went around the corner and complained to some man. He came back and express that outside food and drinks were not allowed. He took my coffee and went to the back. We did not feel welcome or wanted at the coffee shop after being told that we are giving "bad vibes." I most certainly didn't want to spend my money there after that incident. My friend and I decided to leave. I will NEVER come back to this establishment and neither should you!"

"Always loved this place when it was on 13th. The new building is so spacious and walls covered in great art..I love their menus and staff. Great ambiance, definitely one of the best coffee spots in Denver."
