El Karajo Mexican Restaurant 6600 South Quebec Street, Centennial, CO 80111

"This is the best mexican restaurant we have found in the Denver area We moved from Washington DC to Denver 10 years ago and expected to find great Mexican restaurants here like we found in DC with its many international favorites. But after experiencing many good mexican restaurants here, we had not found a great mexican restaurant. Until today. El Karajo is fabulous. My wife, the foodie was also equally impressed. Food quality was great. She had a Veggie Buritto and I had the amazing Fajitas Chimichanga. The La Karaja Magaritta was also very good. The chips were light and queso the right amount of slightly spicey. Great atmosphere, service, and food quality. You will not leave hungry and your senses will be delighted. We will come back even if it is a 30 minute drive from downtown."

"Terrific atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. Reminds me of places I frequented when I lived in Southern California. I had three enchiladas with different sauces. All three were great. Will go back on my next trip to Denver!"

"The appetizers were well past burnt. They never offered more salsa and chips. After dropping off the main course, they left the dirty dishes from chips and appetizers. Never asked if everything was OK. Had to go up to pay as we were basically ignored."

"Left much to be desired. The queso taste like cheap Walmart canned powdery nonsense. The 3 crispy chili rellenos weren't cooked all the way through & my 9 year old who loves enchiladas, said they were the worst he ever had & stopped eating after one bite. We spent $70+ on dinner for four & 3/4 of it went in the trash can. Typically I'm a huge fan of tamales, the ones from Costco are 10x better than these. The rice was the best part of our meal. Won't be back. Staff was friendly, but that doesn't make the food good."

"First time eating here and let me tell you it was good!! I got the chicken and cheese enchiladas and a tamale à la carte!! Food was prepared fresh, establishment was cute and clean, My grand Marnier margarita was perfect for my birthday drink, and the staff was friendly."
