"The Taiwanese popcorn chicken style sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. It's very memorable and something I'll be craving. The XL Xiao long bao is one of the best in person or made from frozen at home. I've tried the frozen Szechuan eggplant dumplings and Hainan chicken dumplings when Yuan Wonton was a food truck and the best frozen dumplings you can get. That sauce though.... Best dumplings in CO"

"The food was great. The pot stickers were solid, strong on ginger but loads of flavor. The hainanese chicken was great, a comfort dish and the rice was nailed. Sauces were fantastic too. The honey walnut shrimp was our least favorite of the 3 but still great. The fried shrimp batter was delicious and fluffy. Used to love this place as a truck and it’s even better as a restaurant!"

"We went on one of the very first soft opening nights. While they were still figuring out some of the logistics, they were so kind and the food was AMAZING! We loved everything we had and there is so much more to try! The food was so fresh and delicious! As a veggie, there could be a few more options (at least on Thuy night) but what they did have was delicious. So happy to have this new option in the neighborhood! We will be back!"

"I’ve been steadily nomming my way around Denver over the past few year and have also worked in the restaurant industry for most of those years. I have never been blown away quite like I was with our experience here. The food is absolutely incredible; perfect balances of salt, fat, acid, and heat, complemented by gorgeous plating and a showing of a chef who has mastered her craft. This is a must stop, and although I didn’t quite get through the entire menu this time, I will be back soon to try again. Thank you for the wonderful meal and outstanding hospitality.
