"Delicious margaritas! We visited on their “taco Tuesday” night before we went to a comedy show and the specials for great; i had their street tacos and they were so tasty. The queso was delicious and even better with the tortilla strips they served in the side. Our friends ordered their veggie options and were very impressed with them. We’ll definitely be back!"
"Visited here tonight, (Valentines) dinner with my partner. We had reservations for 830, in which we were 15 minutes late due to parking. We called to ensure our reservation was still secure and were told we were ok. The menu was a 3 course Valentine’s selection, which included a choice of the $45 menu or the $65 menu. The $65 menu included more seafood options like sea bass, salmon and shrimp. You get to choose an adult beverage an appetizer an entree and a dessert. For my entree, I chose the chicken breast, which was on a nice serving of mashed potatoes with asparagus. It was 10/10. For my starter they had 3 options and they all contained either pork or seafood, in which I don’t eat. The waitress gave some major pushback when asking if we could substitute something for chicken. She finally gave in and asked the cooks and they were more than willing to accommodate us. So I ordered the pork belly street tacos only with grilled chicken, the meat was so tender and honestly one of the best street tacos I probably ever had. My partner had the steak enchiladas and chips and guacamole which was amazing. We each finished the night off with dessert which we both chose different flavored brownies (not pictured). Food is VERY good. Everything was going great until the check came, my partner realized he left his wallet at home on accident. We needed some time for him to transfer money into my account to satisfy the bill. We literally only needed like 15 uninterrupted minutes so my partner could deposit the money via his online bank to me. Us having to stop and explain everything to her again caused a distraction. The waitress I believe her name was maddy was very impatient. We explained the situation to her as she literally seen my partner eagerly trying to transfer the money to me. She kept returning like every 3-4 minutes asking if we were ready, when clearly we were still trying to get the money into my account. Then she said “my manger needs me to take the check”….which how would you take a check if the payment isn’t enclosed yet? My partner was already irritated at himself that he left his wallet and she showed absolutely no compassion. I understand they were closing but we did NOT plan on that happening. Then she sat at an empty table “folding napkins” … conveniently where the exit was, in which we felt as though she felt like we were trying to walk out. He is a great tipper and her tip was decreased substantially. It was important to my partner and i that our night went perfect and she ruined it. Other than that, everything was great… the music was absolutely excellent, nice cozy environment. I would return but hopefully I have a better more empathetic waitress because she was terrible."
"Came in for a late dinner on a whim and was pleasantly surprised!! As a taco snob, I really enjoyed the mango tacos!! They were flavorful, tasted fresh, and came with a side of rice and beans! Also got the chicken (first on the menu) and it was decent. Tacos were better! Good margaritas too! Depending on time of day, you may get easy street parking. Construction in front of restaurant happening as of 12/2023"
"This place was awesome. We came at 1pm on a Saturday and brunch was still available. We opted for the unlimited mimosas, but ordered food from the lunch menu. They do bottomless mimosas the right way. I received a glass and a small caraf and every time the caraf was empty, the server came over and filled it up. The Tacos de Fuego came with a show. The sopapillas were legit some of the best I've ever had. We will definitely come back!"
"I’ve taken friends and family here several times when we visit Denver, and it’s a hit every single time. Their menu has a lot to choose from, and their happy hour is pretty great for what’s included! Never had a problem with service and the food / drinks always come out as described."
