"We had a terrible experience tonight picking up our online order. I understand they were fairly busy, but after waiting a long time I was given an order with the wrong item. After I asked for the correct item, they took a long time to get that for me and it was supposed to have double meat and I wanted to confirm it had the double meat when they finally gave it to me. When I asked, the front employee looked back to ask the manager Carl, and he very rudely snapped at him that it was. I double checked my order in the car, and saw that it did not have the double meat that we paid for and went back in. Then Carl very rudely got us the extra meat, and he was extremely rude when we asked for any sort of refund because of how long it took and how many times we had to ask for the correct order. I could not believe how rude Carl was and the way he spoke to his employees. There also seemed to be a lot of customers waiting for long times and clearly there were wrong orders being given out."

"We were charged twice for a order and was told that we would have to wait 5 business days for the refund. We paid for the order and we were wanting the food plus the money that was double charged. We still have not got the money or the food."

"Isn’t that bad but the staff and the food was nice. What really kind of makes me annoyed is under portioned food. Like my sisters Wisconsin Mac n’ cheese looked like a small than a regular. Bro, like, if I want to pay for a regular, why make it look like a small? Total rip off. My dads salad was yummy. And my small looked like a 5 or 6yr old can eat that. Anyways, I recommend ordering online or on their app because last time we did in person take out, it took an hour for the food and the whole order was incorrect. Anyways, I’ll still come back though."
