"It was our first time and the service was great to us! We got appetizers & dinner, the smothered chicken, green beans, & loaded mashed potatoes were amazing! Everything was delicious"

"This restaurant was clean and not busy for lunch on a Friday. This particular restaurant wasn't as receptive to guests as others I have been to. At the door, despite not being busy, the hosts were rude and not inviting. The gal who sat us rolled her eyes at us and I wasn't sure why. It wasn't the tone of hospitality I had expected. It seemed they were LGBTQ friendly but not amongst all employees. Maybe that is where the poor service experience began. My burger was dry and the "suggested" cheese fries were cold and the cheese wasn't melted. I don't think we will visit this Texas Roadhouse again."

"Used to be my favorite restaurant, I have never had or ever heard of a complaint..... I recently visited the Texas Roadhouse at River Point had my favorite Fort Worth Rib eye largest one they have. . I received my Meal, I proceeded to cut the meat which usually this cut of meat only requires a fork, Unfortunately I had to use a knife this time the first bite I tried I could not even chew up, Deposited in a Napkin, Second bite the same, Third bite the same.... I asked the waiter if this was the proper cut he assured me that it was, I didn't need any more mistake ask for my check $38.50 ... I asked them if they were really gonna charge me for this steak... The answer was how big of a tip would I like to leave...... Needless to say I will not be going back to Texas Roadhouse.... EDITED 2/14/24 THANK YOU FOR THE RESPONSE!!!!! If you was so interested in addressing the issue, one would think it would have taken place at time of complaint... As soon as you receive bad review your right on it, always wanting to go to another non public site.... The review is here deal with it here..."

"Food, drinks, atmosphere and service were all phenomenal. The butter with the bread is addictive, the margarita was the best I have had in a long time. Steak (even well done) was juicy and delicious. Tater skins were also phenomenal. 10/10"

"I usually avoid chain restaurants but this one was really not bad! The food was surprisingly better than we expected. Chicken fried steak was tasty, we also really liked their mashed potatoes and butter corn. Would recommend skipping appetizers, fried pickles and Rattlesnake bites were underwhelming."
