"The California burrito is the bomb! Top it off with a margarita and fresh chips and YUM! The outdoor seating in the summer is lovely and the lively interior is just as good in the winter. Plus Verde is supportive of the local community, which makes it one of our family’s favorite spots."

"Chips are great when they're fresh. Unfortunately I don't think I'd order enchiladas again from them. The red sauce felt like a pizza sauce more than an enchilada sauce, it was pretty disappointing in comparison to just getting a frozen meal and heating it up."

"Owners are awesome and very nice to talk to. Mark and the team were happy to accommodate what we planned to be a large party for happy hour and apps. Although half of the party was unable to come last minute, the staff were pleasant and attentive and provided great service to go with their awesome food. After you go there and try the chips and guacamole (at which point you will learn they make the chips in the back of the restaurant for King Soopers to pickup and sell in their stores) you will want to try the Rolled Chicken Tacos, and then you will come back. Great little spot in Louisville, which is such a cool town nestled away, and I recommend you make your way up there asap."
